Steamed bok choy with Asian seasonings

Ingredients:

  • 4 heads young bok choy (approx. 450g), halved lengthwise
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped chives
  • 4 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil (available at a specialty store) Asian cuisine)

Preparation:

  1. Steam the bok choy for 5-6 minutes. Transfer to a serving platter.

    Combine chives, soy sauce, lime juice and zest with sugar in a small bowl. Pour the mixture over the cabbage and drizzle with sesame oil.
