Ingredients:
For muffins:
- Butter, for greasing the pans
- 240 g butter, room temperature
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups premium wheat flour
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- The zest of two oranges
For the orange glaze:
- 1 cup brown sugar
- Juice of two oranges
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 190°C. Grease round baking pans with butter. mini cupcakes.
