Preparation:

In a blender, blend 350 grams of soft tofu with 1/3 cup each of reduced-fat peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth. Pour into glasses, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate until set, at least 30 minutes. Garnish before serving. marshmallow cream sprinkle with chopped peanuts and/or chocolate.
