Chow mein noodles topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 220 g of thin lo mein noodles
- 1 tbsp. l. peanut butter
- 1 carrot, cut into thin strips
- Half a head of Chinese cabbage, finely shredded
- Half an onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup lightly salted soy sauce
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- Chopped green onions, for sprinkling
Preparation:
- Bring a saucepan of water to a boil and cook the noodles according to package directions. Drain and set the noodles aside.
- Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat and pour in the peanut oil. Add the carrots, cabbage, and onion and cook for 1 minute. Pour in the chicken broth, soy sauce, and sesame oil, then stir in the noodles. Serve garnished with green onions and breaded chicken wings.
