Chocolate-covered bacon with almonds

Ingredients:

  • 450 g thinly sliced bacon
  • 220 g milk chocolate
  • 110 g of roasted almonds

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C.
  2. Place the bacon on a baking sheet and bake until crispy, about 25 minutes. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler over low heat. Dip the crispy bacon in the chocolate and return it to the baking sheet.

    Sprinkle with almonds and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until serving.
