Ingredients:
- 6 dried peaches, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons peach preserves
- 4 tbsp (60 g) butter, melted
- 3 tbsp. l. brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 and 3/4 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup crushed pecans
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Preparation:
- Position a rack in the center of the oven and preheat to 325°F (160°C). Combine the butter, brown sugar, canned goods, vanilla, and salt in a large bowl. Add the rolled oats and pecans and mix well. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet.
- Bake the mixture until golden brown, 30 to 35 minutes, stirring halfway through. Cool completely on a wire rack. Stir in dried peaches and chocolate chips. Sprinkle granola over the pies.Apple Crisp with Granola in a Skillet). Or serve it for breakfast, mixed with yogurt.
