Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup light raisins
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 1 cup of yogurt
- 2 cups boiled green beans
- 1 kg of boiled potatoes
Preparation:
- Heat 1/3 cup olive oil in a frying pan and add the same amount of light raisins. Add 2 tsp. curry powder and stir for 30 seconds. Mix with 1 cup of yogurt, 2 cups of boiled green beans and 1 kg of boiled potatoes, diced. Salt to taste.
