Skewers with Spanish cheese and quince marmalade topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 450 g quince pastila (see tip)
- 1 cup toasted and finely chopped almonds
- 450 gr. Manchego cheese or Parmesan
- 1 bunch watercress
Preparation:
- Cut the quince marmalade into 2.5 cm cubes and roll them in chopped almonds. Cut the cheese into 2.5 cm cubes.
- Thread a cube of quince marmalade onto a skewer, then a watercress leaf, followed by a cube of cheese. Place on a plate and serve.
