Ingredients:
- 4 cups strawberries
- 2 tsp. ultrafine sugar or vanilla sugar
- 2 teaspoons of pomegranate juice
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 1 pack of portions meringue baskets
Preparation:
- Remove the sepals from the strawberries and chop them. Place them in a bowl, add sugar and pomegranate juice, and let them sit to release the juice while you whip the cream.
In a large bowl, whip the cream until thick but still soft.
- Coarsely crush 4 meringue cups: you'll need both chunks and fine dust to get the right texture.
- Set aside about half a cup of chopped strawberries and fold the remaining berries into the meringue cream.
Mound the dessert onto 4 serving plates or glasses and top each serving with a few of the remaining strawberries and juice.
