Grilled red snapper topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 2-3 snappers (Hawaiian red groupers)
- 1 tbsp. ginger root, thinly sliced
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup sherry
- 2 tsp chopped fresh coriander leaves
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 1/2 tsp 5 spice powder
Preparation:
- Make slits in the fish and insert ginger into the slits. Place the fish in a bowl. Combine the remaining ingredients in the bowl and pour the marinade over the fish. Marinate for about 20 minutes.
Wrap the fish in foil and place it on the grill. Grill until the flesh is opaque.
