Pears in creamy caramel

Ingredients:

• 4 pears
• 280 gr. soft caramel toffees, without wrappers
• 1 tbsp. cream 10%
• 220 g chopped pistachios

Preparation:

1. Mix 280g of soft caramel toffee candies with 1 tbsp of 10% cream and heat in the microwave, stirring every 20 seconds, until smooth.
2. Pour into a wide pan, then quickly dip 4 pears into the toffee caramel, sprinkle with chopped pistachios and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
