- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp onion powder
- 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
- 450 g of ground beef with 20% fat content
- Rapeseed oil (canola), for frying
- 2 large plum tomatoes, cut into 24 wedges
- Shredded iceberg lettuce, for serving
Preparation:

Sprinkle the beef with 1 teaspoon of salt and freshly ground black pepper and divide into 12 equal-sized portions (approximately 45 g each). Form each portion into a thin oval patty, about 8 cm long; the patties will shrink as they cook.
