Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup elderflower liqueur (St-Germain)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups orange juice
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. gin
  • 2 cups champagne
  • Sliced ​​lemons, quartered strawberries and freshly ground pepper, for garnish

Preparation:

  1. Prepare the syrup: Pour half a glass of water into a saucepan and bring to a boil, add sugar and cook, stirring over medium heat, until the sugar dissolves, cool.
  2. Combine orange juice, lemon juice, and syrup in a punch bowl. Add gin and liqueur and stir. Fill with ice, then pour in champagne. Add lemons and strawberries, and season with pepper.
