Tilapia in the oven in 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 4 tilapia fillets (180-200 g each)
  • Finely grated zest and juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tbsp (30 g) butter

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray a large cast-iron skillet with cooking spray.
  2. Rinse and pat dry the fish; place in a frying pan. Sprinkle each fillet with salt, black pepper, lime zest, and lime juice. Place a pat of butter on each fillet and bake in the oven for 8-12 minutes.
