Cocktail “Indulge me with pears” topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 60 ml whiskey liqueur (recommended: Southern Comfort)
- 60 ml. pear nectar
- 1 tbsp Spanish herbal liqueur (recommended: Licor 43)
- 2 drops of Pisho bitters
- Ice
- Thinly sliced small pear, such as Szekel
Preparation:
- Fill a cocktail shaker or small pitcher with ice. Add whiskey, pear nectar, Liqueur 43, and bitters. Cover and shake vigorously until thoroughly combined and chilled, about 30 seconds (the drink is ready when the shaker fogs up).
- Strain the cocktail into a chilled glass. Garnish with a pear and serve.
