Apple and berry cocktail with moonshine topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 1 cup blackberries, 6 berries reserved for garnish
- 3-4 sprigs of fresh mint, plus extra for garnish
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1.5 cups of apple pie-flavored moonshine or regular moonshine
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Strong dry cider 3 bottles of 330 ml, or 1 bottle of 750 ml, chilled
- Ice cubes
Preparation:
- Muddle the blackberries, mint sprigs, and sugar in a shaker. Stir in the moonshine and lemon juice.
- Strain into glasses over ice or into a pitcher with ice. Top with cider and stir gently. Garnish with mint sprigs and blackberries.
