Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups coarse salt
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 120 g garlic powder
- 60 g of ground cumin
- 60 g smoked paprika
- 60 g of ground black pepper
- 30 g cayenne pepper
- 30 g chili powder
Preparation:
- In a medium bowl, combine salt, sugar, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, black pepper, cayenne pepper and chili seasoning and mix well.
