Bloody Beer Cocktail topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 230 ml of amber beer
- 120 ml tomato juice
- 60 ml of anejo tequila (aged tequila)
- 15 ml fresh lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons Tabasco hot sauce
- 2 teaspoons of horseradish
- 6 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- A pinch of celery salt
- A pinch of mustard powder
- 1 stalk celery, cut in half, for garnish
- 2 pepperoni sausage sticks, for garnish
Preparation:
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add beer, tomato juice, tequila, lemon juice, hot sauce, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, and mustard powder. Shake for 10 seconds.
- Then pour into two glasses. Garnish each cocktail with a celery stick and pepperoni. Serve.
