Green Onion and Ginger Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 large bunch of coarsely chopped green onions
  • 85 g peeled and coarsely chopped fresh ginger
  • 6 sprigs of thyme (leaves removed)
  • 1 crushed clove of garlic
  • 1.5 tbsp. canola oil
  • Salt and ground black pepper

Preparation:

  1. Place the green onions, ginger, thyme, and garlic in a food processor. Process until finely chopped. With the processor running, slowly whisk in the oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
