Ingredients:
- 1 cup of milk
- 0.5 l of green mint ice cream with chocolate pieces
- 1 teaspoon natural mint extract
- 3 tablespoons dark rum
- Whipped cream, mint sprigs for garnish
Preparation:
- Pour the milk, ice cream, mint extract, and rum into a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth, about 15 seconds. Pour into 2 chilled glasses and garnish with whipped cream and mint sprigs.
