Pea gratin with artichokes

Ingredients:

  • 250 g frozen artichokes, defrosted
  • 1 cup frozen peas, defrosted
  • 1 tbsp (15 g) butter
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp lemon zest
  • Grated Parmesan, for sprinkling

Preparation:

  1. Melt 1 tbsp (15 g) butter in a frying pan. Add flour and sauté, stirring, for 1 minute. Pour in milk, stirring constantly, and bring to a boil. Add artichokes, peas, salt, and lemon zest, and bring to a boil.
  2. Place the vegetables in a baking dish and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) until golden brown.
