Cider and bourbon cocktail with honey

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh ginger
  • 10 fresh mint leaves + extra for serving
  • 30 grams of honey
  • 45 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 90 ml of bourbon
  • 120 ml non-alcoholic sparkling apple cider
  • 2 wedges of Gala apple
  • Ice
  • Special equipment: cocktail shaker

Preparation:

  1. Combine ginger, mint, and honey in a cocktail shaker. Shake until the ginger and mint leaves release their juices. Add lemon juice and bourbon with some ice and shake.
  2. Add ice to 2 glasses. Pour the cocktail into each glass, then top each with sparkling cider. Garnish with apple slices.
