Cider and bourbon cocktail with honey topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh ginger
- 10 fresh mint leaves + extra for serving
- 30 grams of honey
- 45 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 90 ml of bourbon
- 120 ml non-alcoholic sparkling apple cider
- 2 wedges of Gala apple
- Ice
- Special equipment: cocktail shaker
Preparation:
- Combine ginger, mint, and honey in a cocktail shaker. Shake until the ginger and mint leaves release their juices. Add lemon juice and bourbon with some ice and shake.
- Add ice to 2 glasses. Pour the cocktail into each glass, then top each with sparkling cider. Garnish with apple slices.
