Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp + 1 tsp unsalted butter
- 9 chilled chicken sausages (from two 200g packages), cut lengthwise into quarters
- 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp light brown sugar
Preparation:
- In a large nonstick skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of butter over medium-high heat. Add the sausage pieces in a single layer and cook, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned and beginning to curl, about 5 minutes.
- In a small bowl, combine the apple cider vinegar and brown sugar. Add to the skillet along with the remaining 1 teaspoon of butter. Cook, stirring, until the brown sugar caramelizes on the sausages and the vinegar and butter form a light glaze, another 2–3 minutes.
- Place on a serving platter and serve warm.
