Bloody Mary-style cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 1 bottle (960 ml) of clam and tomato cocktail (preferably Clamato)
  • 280 ml of vodka
  • 1 tbsp horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp celery salt
  • 1/4 tsp crushed garlic
  • 8 drops hot sauce (preferably Tabasco)
  • Fresh vegetables for serving: such as celery stalks, peeled whole carrots, pickled asparagus, pitted olives, pickled pearl onions, pickled mushrooms, pickled gherkins, pimento and large capers

Preparation:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher. Skewer smaller pieces of vegetables using cocktail skewers.
  2. Serve drinks in glasses over ice with snacks on skewers.
