Ingredients:
- Protein of 1 large egg
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 cup natural almonds
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh thyme
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh sage
- 1 tbsp light brown sugar
- 0.5 tsp coarse salt
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Preparation:
- Preheat the air fryer to 150°C. Beat the egg white in a medium bowl until foamy. Add the pecans and almonds; mix well. Add the thyme, sage, brown sugar, salt, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper. Mix well.
- Place the nuts in the air fryer basket and spread them out in an even layer. Fry, stirring once, until golden brown, about 7 minutes. Let cool completely.
