  • 1 small red onion, diced
  • 1 cup crumbled feta
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley leaves
  • 8 fresh basil leaves, torn

Preparation:

  1. In a small bowl, combine balsamic vinegar, oregano, honey, salt, and black pepper. Gradually whisk in the olive oil until smooth.
  2. Place the sliced ​​tomatoes on a platter. Sprinkle with onions and feta. Drizzle with dressing and sprinkle with herbs.
