Wild rice pilaf

Ingredients:

  • 1 package long grain white and wild rice mix
  • 2 tablespoons dried cranberries
  • 3 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 2 tbsp toasted almond needles

Preparation:

  1. Cook the rice according to package directions, adding the cranberries at the same time as the rice.
  2. When the rice is cooked, add green onions and almonds.
