Microwave chocolate sauce

Ingredients:

  • 170 g bitter or dark chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 90 g unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup light corn syrup or honey
  • Ice cream, pound cake and/or berries, to serve

Preparation:

  1. Place the chocolate, butter, and corn syrup in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds, stirring, until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth. Serve warm over ice cream, pound cake, or berries.
