Pear sparkler with Prosecco

Ingredients:

  • 60 ml pear nectar without preservatives
  • 30 ml of vodka
  • 15 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 90 ml chilled Prosecco
  • Pear slice and lemon zest, for garnish

Preparation:

  1. Combine pear nectar, vodka, and lemon juice in a shaker with ice. Shake well until chilled, then strain into a champagne flute or coupe.
  2. Add Prosecco. Garnish with a slice of pear and lemon zest.
