Ingredients:
- 450 g sugar snap peas
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
Preparation:
- Boil 450g of sugar snap peas (teased ends removed) in a steamer basket set over a pan of simmering water, covered, for 3 minutes.
- Transfer to a bowl and toss with 1 tablespoon chopped shallot, 2 teaspoons each sherry vinegar and sesame oil, and 1 teaspoon each grated ginger and coarse salt.
