Cocoa Colada Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • Two cans (400 g) of coconut milk
  • 0.5 cups of sugar
  • 220 g chopped milk chocolate

Preparation:

  1. Combine two 400g cans of coconut milk with 1 cup of water and bring to a simmer over low heat. Stir in 0.5 cups of sugar and 220g of chopped milk chocolate until melted. Add coconut rum, if desired, and sprinkle with toasted coconut flakes.
