Chocolate-coated kiwi on a stick topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced into rounds
- 2 tbsp. l. coconut oil
- 220 g of small pieces of chocolate (dark, milk or bitter)
Preparation:
- Make a small slit in the side of each kiwi slice and insert a popsicle stick. Place the kiwi on a baking sheet and freeze until completely frozen.
- Melt the coconut oil and chocolate in a double boiler, stirring until melted. Turn off the heat.
- Dip each frozen kiwi in chocolate, letting any excess chocolate drip back into the bowl. Place the kiwi sticks on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for 10-20 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
