Creamy Horseradish and Chive Sauce topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 1 bunch chives, coarsely chopped (about 3/4 cup)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup prepared horseradish, drain the liquid
Preparation:
- Bring a small saucepan of salted water to a boil. Add the chives and cook until soft and bright green, about 3 minutes. Drain and rinse the chives under cold water to cool completely. Gently squeeze out all the water.
- Place chives, sour cream, horseradish, 1 1/4 teaspoons salt and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper in a blender and blend until smooth.
