Ingredients:
- 3 chopped garlic cloves
- Olive oil for frying
- Red pepper flakes
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 head escarole, chopped
- Parmesan rind
- 1 can (425 g) of canned white beans
- 4 sweet Italian sausages
Preparation:
- Sauté 4 sliced sweet Italian sausages with garlic and red pepper flakes. Add 3 cups chicken broth, 1 head of escarole, and a Parmesan rind; simmer for 15 minutes. Add 1 can of white beans, season with salt, and sprinkle with Parmesan.
