Ingredients:
- 1 cup of strong coffee, cooled to room temperature
- 6 large scoops of coffee ice cream
- 2–3 tablespoons chocolate-covered coffee beans (optional)
- 0.5 cups of 10% cream or milk
Preparation:
- Blend the coffee with the ice cream and cream. Add a handful of chocolate-covered coffee beans, if desired. Blend until smooth and serve immediately.
