Fried salmon with chili pepper

Ingredients:

  • 4 skinless salmon fillets, weighing 170 g each.
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 0.5 tsp chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon coarse salt

Preparation:

  1. Heat a large nonstick skillet over high heat. Add oil and heat until sizzling. Rub the fish with chili powder and season with salt. Carefully place the fish in the skillet, skin side up.
  2. Fry the fish, turning once, until crispy and golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side. Transfer the salmon to a serving platter and cover with foil. Let rest for about 5 minutes.
