Frittata with ham, broccoli and cheddar

Ingredients:

  • 12 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1.5 cups frozen broccoli, thawed
  • 0.5 cups chopped ham (about 60 g)
  • 0.5 cups grated soft cheddar
  • 0.5 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). In a large bowl, combine eggs, heavy cream, 1 teaspoon salt, and a pinch of freshly ground black pepper. Whisk until smooth. Stir in broccoli, ham, cheddar, and Monterey Jack, distributing evenly.
  2. Pour the mixture into a 25cm (10-inch) oven-safe nonstick frying pan. Bake until the eggs are set and no longer jiggly in the center, 50-55 minutes. Let the frittata rest for 5 minutes before transferring to a serving platter. Slice and serve.
