Ingredients:
- 55 g softened butter
- Lime zest
- 2 green onions
Preparation:
- In a food processor, combine 55g softened butter, the grated zest of 1 lime, 2 chopped green onions and 1/4 teaspoon coarse salt.
- Boil 4 ears of corn until tender, about 4 minutes. Drain and brush the corn with fragrant butter. Season with salt and black pepper.
