Ingredients:
- 1 small banana
- 0.5 cups of cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup vanilla almond milk
- 2 tbsp. cocoa powder with sugar
- 1 tbsp. ground flax seeds
Preparation:
- Place 1 small chopped banana in a blender, add 0.5 cups of cottage cheese, 1/4 cup of vanilla almond milk, 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder with sugar and 1 tablespoon of ground flax seeds. Blend.
- Add 1 cup of ice and blend again until smooth.
