Marinated peppers with gorgonzola topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 12 slices soppressatta, cut in half
- 150 g gorgonzola or other blue cheese, cut into 24 cubes
- 24 small basil leaves (or 12 large ones, cut in half lengthwise)
- 24 sweet pickled picante peppers, such as Peppadew
Preparation:
- Place a cube of Gorgonzola on a basil leaf. Wrap the cheese in sausage and basil and tuck it into the pepper.
- Repeat with the remaining ingredients and serve.
