Ingredients:
- 45 ml of reposado tequila
- 45 ml. pineapple juice
- 30 ml defrosted passion fruit puree
- 15 ml of orange-flavored liqueur
- 7 ml lime juice
- 7 ml. agave syrup
Preparation:
- Combine 45 ml each of reposado tequila and pineapple juice, 30 ml of defrosted passion fruit puree, 15 ml of orange-flavored liqueur (such as Cointreau), and 7 ml each of freshly squeezed lime juice and light agave syrup in a shaker with ice.
- Shake to chill. Strain into a short glass filled with ice. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
