- 1 cup frozen mango pieces
- 1 tbsp. mango nectar
- 0.5 cup plain whole milk yogurt
- 1/8 tsp ground cardamom
Preparation:
- In a blender, combine 1 cup frozen mango chunks, 1 cup mango nectar, 1/2 cup plain whole-milk yogurt, 2 teaspoons sugar, 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom and a small pinch of salt.
