Raspberry jam with chia seeds topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 4 cups of raspberries
- 1 cup of sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds
Preparation:
- Combine 4 cups of raspberries, 1 cup of sugar, and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook, stirring and mashing the berries, until the jam thickens, about 20 minutes.
- Remove from heat and add 1 tablespoon of chia seeds. Refrigerate until completely cool.
