Ingredients:

  • 2 bunches of peeled and halved radishes
  • 1 head of red onion, cut into half rings
  • 150 g of young spinach
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

Preparation:

  1. In a frying pan over high heat, sauté 2 bunches of peeled and halved radishes with 1 red onion, sliced ​​into half rings, in olive oil. Cook for 8 minutes, until the vegetables are soft. Season with salt and pepper.

    Add 150g of baby spinach, the juice of 1/2 lemon and a pinch of salt and pepper and simmer for another 1 minute until the spinach is wilted.
