Horseradish cream sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated horseradish
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
  • 0.5 tsp coarse salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 green onion, chopped

Preparation:

  1. Place all ingredients in a medium bowl and whisk until smooth and creamy. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the flavors to meld. The sauce can be stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container for 2 to 3 weeks..
    Exit: 1 and 1/4 tbsp.
