Ingredients:
- 1 cup whole milk Greek yogurt
- 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded, finely grated and drained
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest + 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
Preparation:
- In a medium bowl, combine yogurt, cucumber, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and dill. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate.

Tips for serving For extra flavor, add a drizzle of olive oil and some coarsely chopped fresh mint. Serve the sauce at a party with raw vegetables for dipping. Brush the pita with a little olive oil and sprinkle with za'atar. Bake in the oven until crisp and serve with the sauce.
