Fettuccine "Alfredo"

Ingredients:

  • 450 g fettuccine
  • 110 g butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp. freshly grated parmesan

Preparation:

  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions.
  2. In a saucepan or frying pan, heat the butter and cream over low heat. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle half the Parmesan cheese into a large serving bowl.
  3. Pour the hot creamy mixture over the pasta. Drain the pasta and immediately transfer it to a bowl. Toss a couple of times, then sprinkle with the remaining half of the Parmesan cheese. Toss, thinning the pasta with water if necessary. Serve immediately as a main dish or as a side dish with meat and salad. Delicious!
