Strawberry soda ice cream

Preparation:

In a medium bowl, combine condensed milk, both types of heavy cream, cream soda, and strawberry puree. Chill the mixture in an ice cream maker. Transfer the ice cream to an airtight container and freeze until firm, at least 2 hours.

Ingredients:

1 can (420 g) of sweetened condensed milk
1.5 cups cream (10% fat)
3/4 cup red cream soda
1/2 cup whipping cream (30-36% fat)
1 cup frozen strawberries, thawed and mashed into a puree
