Ingredients:
- 220 g of cream cheese, room temperature
- 0.5 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. ketchup
- 1 tbsp horseradish, drain the liquid
- 1 tbsp relish
- 2 cups grated Swiss cheese (about 220 g)
- 60 g thin slices of corned beef, cut into pieces
- 0.5 cups sauerkraut, drained and chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
- Pumpernickel slices, for serving
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, ketchup, horseradish, and relish in a food processor and process until smooth; transfer to a large bowl. Stir in Swiss cheese, corned beef, sauerkraut, and green onions.
- Spoon the sauce into a 1-quart baking dish and bake until golden brown and bubbling, about 15 minutes. Serve with bread.
