Chutney with ginger and herbs

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup fresh basil
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 tbsp peeled and chopped ginger
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded
  • 2 tbsp chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Preparation:

  1. Place basil, mint, cilantro, ginger, jalapeño pepper, and onion in a food processor or blender. Add lime juice, water, cilantro, sugar, salt, and vegetable oil. Blend until smooth.
